CrossFit is an all inclusive fitness program designed to increase GPP (General Physical Preparedness). Classes are structured using movements from gymnastics (push ups, sit ups, pull ups, box jumps, rope climbs, ect.) weightlifting (snatch, clean and jerk, deadlift, press, squat, ect.) and monostructural (running, jumping rope, rowing, biking, ect.) to test members in every area of fitness. CrossFIt is great for everyone regardless of ability level because restores lost range of motion and maintains proper movement which is imperative for all ages and ability levels. A wide range of goals can be achieved in CrossFIt due to its variability and unique way of challenging the body.
