Daily WOD: “WOD” stands for, “workout of the day”. Our CrossFit classes will always consist of the same workout for every class throughout the day.
Barbell Club: We are a certified USAW barbell club and offer three programs that differ in intensity and time commitment. We have members who do our barbell programming purely to improve their olympic lifts, and we also have members who do our barbell programming to compete in olympic weightlifting. If this interests you, we can sit down and discuss your goals and get you on the program that is right for you!
Competitors Programming: Although CrossFit is made for everyone, it has also evolved into a sport where the fittest in the world test their fitness against others. We provide high level competitors programs to help gear people up for competitions that range from local to all over the country.
Online Coaching: We offer remote coaching to athletes who are looking to join team Hardbat but live elsewhere. We have a facebook group where athletes post their numbers along with comments and questions on a daily basis to compare with other athletes and get feedback from our coaches.
